Scott, the owner, came promptly at the promised time and rekeyed 6 locks in about 40 min. He was very personable the whole time and even told me where to get replacement parts for my discontinued doorknob locks and deadbolts. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith service.
This evening our family found ourselves in need of an after hours locksmith due to a very tense and stressful situation. How I lucked out and called the right locksmith, I'm not sure but I could not imagine finding a more professional and caring person to come to take care of us. He left his dinner table to match time with the Johnson County Deputies. The situation took longer due to things out of our control. Was in desperate need of a locksmith. My boyfriend lost our apt key and the landlord wasn't answering the phone. We called All-American at maybe 6pm. Nobody answered the phone and I left a message. I was expecting a call back within maybe a half hour or so--after all--this business DOES advertise to be 24 hours.
Two nights ago I had gotten myself locked out of my apartment. After waiting over an hour and a half for my apartment's "emergency" phone number to call me back I decided to give All-American a call. They wouldn't be able to come for an hour, so I tried calling another local company-only to find out that would it would cost $135!! It was late at night and I called All-American back and they were able to come in about half an hour and it only cost me $55. They were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend them!!
We never received a call back. Luckily we found another locksmith in the area that showed up within 20 minutes.
I don't understand why you would advertise yourself as a 24 hour business for "emergencies" if you weren't going to fulfill that promise.
