We ordered online and our food didn't get here for another hour. When we finally got our food, both of our skinny #4's came with mayonnaise and nobody would eat it.

We usually order from the 1st Ave store but after several terrible experiences (over 70 minutes waiting for food, constant order mistakes) we decided to try this store, and I'm so glad we did! The lady on the phone was friendly and, as it had just snowed that day, we knew that delivery would take a while; she said about 45 minutes, we expected at least an hour still. They made it in 30 minutes, the food was perfect, the delivery driver was friendly; great first experience with this store!
