hold him and they got him out quickly for us! My boyfriend and I had been tossing around the idea of getting a dog for awhile, but the second we met him it sealed the deal! He was the sweetest playful little boy ever! All of the workers made the process of all the paperwork super easy and understandable! They made sure we understood everything they gave us that came with him along with some basic care things. We couldn't be happier with our Bernese Mountain Dog we decided to name Oliver! I would just like to say i bought a puppy last Thursday and for one thing they told me a price of 2100 then i get financed and so i have my friend call they tell her $2300 them my cousin and i go down to Iowa city and pick out my puppy and then i ask how much $2700 Olivia told me and i asked if he was registered she said that he comes with all of this stuff and lifetime warranty pretty insurance all of this. Well then i look at my paperwork and i was charged $3300 plus so i would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want robbed i could of went to a breeder for1500 or less they need to retrain their employees and quit trying to rob people. 1 star is too much
Fun place to go play with the small animals because you can handle all the small animals but they get their puppies from puppy mills. They claim they are from good breeders but this is just because the mills call themselves that. They also keep their rats in tanks which damages the poor rats respitory tract and can cause sickness for life. I know the rats are mostly meant to be snake food but that shouldnt mean they have a low quality of life or be sick before they are fed to reptiles.
They also have a good variety of dog toys & treats!
Nice place. Helpful staff. A little pricey but not over the top pricey.
