Sometimes they don't have my medications on the shelf and have to order them. Doesn't seem like the stuff I get should be that rare. If Henry is working I usually bolt the other way. I don't like dealing with him, he's told me wrong information so many times and his customer service skills are severely lacking. Sorry Henry, but you're the butt of a joke between my husband and I because of your behavior. I think you should pursue another career. The pharmacist Stacy is really helpful though I really like her. Hours are good and they recently did a nice renovation. None of the staff especially Henry can seem to figure out how manufacturer coupons/rebates work and have told me incorrect information about them many times in the past. They also sometimes don't notify me when my drugs come in and then end up shelving them back when I don't come in. They just seem to do annoying little things like this. In fairness, I've been annoying a few times freaking out that I didn't get all my meds when I get them in 90 day supplies and come to find out I put them in the cupboard and forgot about them and they have been patient with me during those times.
