The only reason I am giving this location 1 star is because Google requires one. The miscommunication and documenting taken and then transferred to your physician(s) is horrid to say the least. Dealing with this place (Laura Young & her assistant) has been an absolute nightmare. I highly recommend going elsewhere for physical therapy.
I was very pleased with my care and interactions with all the staff at this facility. They were knowledgeable about my injury and made sure we had similar goals prior to me starting my course of therapy. I appreciated how they treated me as a partner rather than just a patient.
