The owner (presumably Roger) had a purse of ours for ten days without repairing it. When we asked for it back, he said he couldn't find it and that we should inquire about it the next day. When we came into the store the next day and asked for it back, he immediately became belligerent and told us he wasn't going to be able to find it. He yelled at us repeatedly, physically shoved me, and told us to leave his store when we asked him to look for the purse again. He told us that, since we didn't have a receipt for it's original purchase (it was purchased 10 years ago in France) that it was worth nothing and that the purse no longer belonged to us and that we had no recourse. We talked to the police, who said they could do nothing since it was a civil matter. Please do not give your business to this man.
