If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't come to panera often. The young lady working at the counter was wonderful polite and helpful. However the man preparing the food in probably his late 20's with glasses and almost a beard was rude the food was basically thrown together and when I tried to ask a question he literally just stared at me. The food was mediocre at best. Bread was soggy on the sandwhich and the salad came with almost a half container worth of dressing if I was lucky.
The half sandwich and cup of soup was great. The cashier was friendly. But all of the tables needed wiped down. It's 2pm. They appear short handed. Of the 3 people I could see. Only 2 wore a hat. Their ponytails were not braided or in hair nets while prepping. Items visible to customers on the floor behind counter. The only real complaint I have is customer view not being clean.
Pantera bread, as a chain is great. This one has the same quality slightly slower service than some I've been too
Always has great tasting and fresh food options, and the workers are always friendly too. The only thing is that the wait for food can take a little while, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, it's a nice stop for fresh food.
I usually like the food. The café mocha tastes like watery instant cocoa and is overpriced.
