The food is very good, however the portions seem a bit small for the price. The overall aesthetic of the place is cool. When we went it was very cold (apparently the thermostat malfunctioned or something). It's also really dark at night. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it.
This is a fun spot to eat and drink. It's a bit on the pricier side, but if you want a fancy cocktail and some interesting gourmet food, this is a definite place to check out in Iowa City. The drink price range makes this less of an undergrad hangout. They've got pool and darts too and a second floor for events that has its own bar, very nice.
Seasonal cocktails are excellent. Food was very good, pretty rich. Small food menu and dinning area. Everything was expensive but worth it. I would recommend making a reservation.
The drinks here are amazing. Also expensive, but they are so close to perfection paying $9-12 seems appropriate. Food is also excellent. I always enjoy meals here.
