ALWAYS soap in the scrub brush! This place is well maintained for a car wash! I always wash my car by hand, but there is also an automatic machine that will do it for you without getting out and scrubbing.
Somethings always broken, then they say "everyone complains" as you tell them about it. Then proceed to say you drive through the wash wrong. It's not rocket science
Owner is a very unpleasant person who enjoys yelling at paying customers. Change machines steal your money without refund from management. Avoid this dump. Has always been a bad place to go. I should know, I've lived in Iowa City most of my life. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.
