It's alright if you're a casual motorist, but an automated wash will only get your car so clean. They always leave water spots and pool dust/dirt into the jambs and crevies. It's much cheaper to spray your car down at a self service, I can do a full size sedan, wash, rinse, wax, rinse for 3 dollars easy. Then follow up with a shamy and do a polish and a REAL wax job with an orbital at home.
Really a 4.5 the whole process is a pampering but they did a great job!
Went to iowa city this time and the sprayed my car well before the wash! So clean! Loving it!!!

How is it possible to mess up customer service at an automatic car wash?? Thats the question I asked myself after we left. Upon pulling up a guy came out my wife rolled her window down and the guy just stood there, after 30 seconds my wife asked how to proceed (it was our first time there.. and definitely out last) he said read the sign, so as she was getting the money the guy lifted his shirt reached into his pants and began to scratch his pubic area while his buddys laughed, at that point I was in disbelief. The rest was not bad because no othere human interaction was had. If i can steer just one person away from this place I will be happy, because im sure im not the only person this has happened to. If the owner or anyone else with some say reads this GET YOUR EMPLOYEES UNDER CONTROL!
Wow! Busy sunday! And 4 guys sprayed my car before entering the wash. Nice! I return at least3 times a year. And this is one of 5he only places I go!u guys rock!
