I have been living in Iowa City now for 13 years. As is always true for moving to a new place, it took a while before I found a good plumber. And I finally did with Muller plumbing. A very good plumber. I have used them for fixing a burst pipe, fixing dripping faucets, and just had them replace my leaky water heater. Quick appointments, knowledgeable and friendly technicians, high quality work. I can highly recommend Muller Plumbing!
Called early this morning. Receptionist was very, very nice. Guys showed up when she said and they were very friendly and efficient. Will call them again if I ever have issues again
Amazing Plumbers. Had a fantastic experience working with these guys. Totally professional, hard working and very knowledgeable. They installed a new boiler for us and the new piping is a piece of art unto itself. Trip is a great communicator and patient explaining technical plumbing jargon. We have used them for years now and they are fantastic. Definitely a rare find. Highly recommend these guys.
After calling to ask basic questions about the type of water heater he planned to install, I was told I was asking too many questions and the man rudely hung up on me. I asked to purchase my own heater for him to install since he planned on using the old style that will soon not be up to code (thanks menards). I saved $400 and did it myself in 2 hours.
Did quick work when replacing a valve on our water heater - no problems since. Would be more convenient to pay w/ credit over phone, but I can handle a check. Cap - I don't think Flyboy is saying he doesn't have the money, rather that people generally use credit/debit cards these days to pay for things online or over the phone, don't think this deserves a one star though...
