Chad Burtch and members of his staff were wonderful. I recently moved and was sad to find a new agent. I highly recommend Chad and his team!
While stranded on the side of US Highway 6 in Tiffin, IA the roadside assistance operators insisted that we were on Highway 196 West of Des Moines, IA (which is 3 hours away from where we were.) While walking nearly a mile to find the nearest address (since we were stuck on the side of the highway) the operator was not providing information such as a safe drop point for our vehicle. We waited a grand ETA of 3 hours and 45 minutes until our tow truck had arrived. Although Chad and his team are great at this location, I do believe it's time to find another insurance company.
Chad Burtch has been great to work with. When we meet to review our policies with them they are attentive and help us find the plans that meet our needs, often we come out paying less than when we went in for coverage that better fits our family.
