I have been trying to reach my agent or her assistant and no one is ever available. I call my agent and she has her assistant call instead when ever they do decide to get back with me. I cancelled my insurance a month ago and my issue is still not resolved. I call and no one calls back.Insurance costs have been taken out of my account twice after I cancelled my insurance, I was told I would be reimbursed so I finally received a check for $11 that hardly covers the amount taken! I am very upset with this company, and would never go back. A huge lack of communication between the agents and billing office as well as with their customers! A month later I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved and I don't see an end in sight. Still waiting for a phone call!
