Oak Grove is a fun medium sized park. There's lots of open green space, a nice sized gazebo with picnic tables, and a unique play structure. The play equipment is great for kids that love to climb, best for 3 years plus as there are difficult climbers and high ledges. Great spot to have a picnic, watch some trains, and play. The few downsides are that there's a lot of traffic noise from Dodge street and the train yard, the swings are too high off the ground, and parking on street can be difficult.

It's a small park. It has a small playground for the kids and also a full basketball court for an older crowd. Feel free to bring your pets but just remember to clean up after. There is a railway line that passes right next to the park. It's fenced but just make sure go keep an eye on the kids.
