I had a CO2 tank that needed to be filled because of a leaky regulator coupling. The man at Hawkeye fire and safety gave me, not sold me, but gave me a plastic seal for the regulator. I wanted to fill the tank, but it was past the pressure testing date. I was kinda bummed about that, but after chit-chatting with the guy, he just told me to take one of his 5lb tanks and leave mine for pressure testing, and he'd call me when mine was ready, and that I didn't owe him anything for the loaner tank or the pressure seal! They've gained a lifetime customer and a raving fan. I tell everyone about my positive experience there. Go Hawks!
