I would not recommend using Molly Maids. A lot of their employees have criminal backgrounds and they hire only Mexicans. The crew is very disfuctional and unorganized. Very disruptive and unprofessional. The boss Bruce has no respect for his clients and runs bad management. He settles with drug addicted workers with criminal backgrounds of thefts a d drug charges! Beware, very disfuctional!
I gladly recommend our Molly Maid cleaning team :) The staff is courteous, thorough, and friendly, and they bring their own eco-friendly supplies. I can rely on them to do a great job floor to ceiling without having to be specific, they just know what to do! We look forward to their timely visits every two weeks, and we appreciate that the office sends a polite appointment reminder ahead of time.
I'm impressed with the work Molly Maid has provided and will continue to use their services! The team that came and cleaned our home went way beyond our expectations. I love how they communicate/remind you of your cleaning visit and the time frame they plan on arriving. Very trustworthy, professional service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been taking advantage of elderly members of our family for weeks now. It was only when we were at the house the day after it had supposedly been "cleaned" that we found dirt, dust, and cobwebs everywhere. Truly shameful how people will take advantage of people who they think will not notice. The service contract will be terminated immediately.
From the beginning, Molly Maid was very helpful without hassles. The cleaning team was very trustworthy and performed great work! My team comes once per month and performs their cleaning while I am at work. I always look forward to coming home after the day the cleaning is scheduled. Also, the office does a great job of communication, sending e-mails a few days before cleaning is scheduled and always being available by cell-phone or e-mail. It has been a pleasure using the Molly Maid service!
