My experience with this company has been mostly positive. I did have an issue once that resulted in me losing power to part of the apt. for several days, but after the error in communication was discovered the company did their best to rectify the situation and apologize.
River City Property Management are by far the most unethical and shady rental company I've ever had the misfortune to rent from. They will nickel and dime you at every opportunity they get. Once they even tried to say that they never received my money order when the rent was due. I furnished the receipt from the end of the money order you keep for yourself and they suddently "found it" and apologized.
Hi, I have rented from this company for about 11 to 12 years now. It is a pretty good company to rent from. I believe I have been a pretty good tenant and they are pretty good company to rent from. Yes they will charge you for maintenance when it's necessary but when it's wear and tear the owner pays for it. I believe they have been fair to me. They have allowed me and my brother to have a emotional support animals and they have no troubles with that we just had to have the letters.
