Over the past year, I've gotten to know the guys at Maxwell automotive. Every time I have taken my Audi A4 here for any work, it has been done quickly, completely, and with the highest level of quality. Their prices aren't necessarily cheaper than the rest, but they are around the standard pricing for private shops in the Iowa City area.
Chris is straight forward and knows his stuff, and they do great work.

Chris and his team have consistently won me over with their knowledge of Audi's, their clear and fast communication with me, and their flexibility with me as a fairly picky owner.
Great guys who do great work. I've had work done on my Mustang here several times and I know for sure that anything I need done in the future, from an oil change to something more extensive, I'm going to take it Chris and his team. They've all earned and deserve every 5-star rating they get.

Great service! I came here with a car I knew was not in great shape but was trying to make last a little longer. The mechanic was very honest and open about what was going on with my car and gave me advice about whether to fix it or get rid of it. Definitely will be coming back!
It is well worth it for my daughter to drive 60 miles to have Chris and the crew take care of her car.

I did some searching for a shop in the area, made some calls to talk to different shops, asking some Questions about the repair she needed. ( I own a German car shop in Texas, so i know what i have to ask, and the answers i want to hear). I talked to Chris and did feel very comfortable with the answers i got.
