Everyone here are complete professionals. From the reception, nurses, and the doctors, specifically Dr Sarin and Dr Zeitler. Easy to get in, be seen, or even just a script refill...everyone was personable and professional. If anyone has had difficulty with the staff they must not be communicating very well as I have had no issues over the past 15 years, treating me, my wife, and one of my sons.
After having paid the bill in full just to get them out of our lives, a year later we got a $30 bill after adjustments. It just never stops with these amateurs. Avoid at all costs!
Always prompt, cordial and professional. A great clinic!
I have read the reviews and noted that when people get frustrated with the way their insurance pays or things get coded they blame it on the receptionist. Well after managing employee benefits for a major corporation in Iowa I can tell those that left the office frustrated that it is not the clinic that is to be blamed but the insurance company, your employer, but more importantly yourself for not taking the time to understand your benefits before scheduling an appointment. I know because I also managed an onsite primary care clinic for 16 years. If the caller does not specify what they specifically need then office visits will receive general codes. The codes determine how your insurance company pays or does not pay. The more specific you are with what services you need the better the scheduler can set aside the appropriate amount of time for your appointment, properly code things, and not back up the schedule because you were not detailed enough in what you needed. It is easy to blame others when we need to take some of the responsibility to understand our benefits.
We're still trying to set things straight. In the meantime, due to the incompetence of the staff at this clinic, we've decided to not return, and instead take our care to a place that employs people capable of charting correctly and consistently.
My wife went to this clinic for a checkup to meet insurance requirements, as did I. I saw Dr. Moonjely for the same reason, who handled my visit perfectly. My wife and I are on the same insurance, mind you.
Nice a polite receptionists and I felt really good about the doctor
UPDATE:
The staff that enter chatting for Dr. Connolly are either inept or malicious.
I was charged nothing for my visit, meanwhile, my wife's visit with Dr. Connolly was billed to us as $157 out of pocket. Same insurance, same visit, different doctors. Something doesn't add up, and something stinks.
