Wide open spaces, bike paths, pavilions and public restrooms. Plenty of trees to sit in shade and just enjoy the weather. There is even a pool and playgrounds.
Nice park next to the Iowa river. They have a small train for the kids during the summer. They have plays there also. The upper part has a pool also. I like to sit on their benches next to the river.
Great place to feed the ducks. And have the kids ride some rides !!!!! I also went paddle boarding down the river to city park. Lots of fun !!!!!
Very nice park. Public pool, walking trails, playgrounds and a Shakespearean-style open air theatre. Small amusement rides in the summer (Ferris wheel, train, carousel).
Variety of sport facilities available- baseball field, basketball court, bocce courts, and very well lit tennis courts (x6)!
