Ate there Sat. and Mon. On Sat., no napkins were included in our bag to wipe the hamburger grease off. We were on our way to a wedding. Then Monday I was asked what sauce I wanted with buffalo tenders. No sauce was put in our bag.
Very great service from every employee. One of them did stand out though. Haleem kept checking on my group to make sure we had the best experience possible. Again, great service all around but he stood out the most. Also liked the jazz music playing.
This place is know for it's delicious burgers. Great place to grab a bite and enjoy what you are eating. The French Fries are crinkle cut and very crispy and Hot! The onion rings are also excellent. I haven't tried many of the other items on the menu but I will always go back for a great burger.
Ordered a concrete mixer from Culver's via Order Up: vanilla custard, brownie pieces, salted caramel, and paid $0.25 extra for M and Ms. The concrete mixer was melting by the time I got it (no biggie), so I stashed it in the freezer so it could harden while I was busy studying. When I went to eat it, I realized they had not given me my order. There were NO brownie pieces in it (so I basically paid extra for the M and Ms for no reason). Also , there was only a squirt of caramel at the very bottom. Very disappointed--I was looking forward to those brownie pieces. The last concrete mixer I got had the salted caramel all throughout and not just at the bottom. Also since I am just realizing this when they are closed, I cannot even call and complain.
A fast food place that's higher quality than your McDonald's and Burger Kings. Good food at a decent price. Have some custard while you're there.
