The customer service is wonderful. The staff both at the window and in the store are welcoming and friendly. Even when they are busy or short staffed. Never had I have a bad experience at this store. I would give a five but the store is a little run down.
The Iowa City, IA establishment has the most wonderful service. They are my first choice for a good lunch. They are kind and courteous to the point of opening the doors for customer's. The Cornel would be proud!

Went to drive up window. The lady didn't get our order right even after we repeated it 3 times. We ordered a 3 piece chicken tender basket & a bucket of popcorn chicken. Was told that we would have to wait 5 minutes. After 14 minutes I called & told them I wanted a refund as I had waited long enough. When I went in the store to get refund they tried to give me my food. No thanks had to wait to long.
Dirtiest place I've seen in ages. Got a cup of water with dust/particles inside, a hair in the chicken, and the baby seat absolutely filthy and not wiped off in ages. The best part was the refund. Ewww!
