I had no previous experience with mopeds at all. They sold me a used one that was "ready to go and fully fixed up." A week later my brake line was weaker than it ever should've been. My throttle was like it had gum in it. My tires were bald which I hadn't taken notice to and now I've wiped out twice. Go to Kelly's Auto for a fair shake. They got me set back up and were much more straight up. Moped U just wants quick cash as far as I'm concerned.
Quoted me online a price to mount and balance a tire ( off bike ). Same price they advertised on craigslist. I go in and get a higher price from their mechanic.. Owner got back to me and apologize for the mistake and offered to make it up. Top notch customer service, would deal with agian.
We chose a moped online and set up to meet on a Saturday. Meanwhile they answered all of my questions promptly either by email or phone. Awesome staff and very easy to deal with!
