I first walked in the door at Iowa City Massage and Bodywork January of 2016 for an “introductory” massage. Nic took the time to get to know my expectations and listened to me as I described how I felt. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has made several suggestions that have been a tremendous help. I have had several massages over the years, but Nic is the first person I’ve returned to see on a regular basis. In fact, I schedule an appointment each month with him and have never felt better. The guy has a gift… he’s just plain talented. I’m grateful to know him.

EXCELLENT!!! I have been getting massages for years. I moved around a bit (Florida, Wisconsin, Texas, Iowa) for school and work. I've some really good (and not so good) massages. Upon arriving in IC I did my search for a massage therapist - Nic had great reviews so I decided to try him out. I certainly was not disappointed and will be returning regularly. In case anyone is interested I got the deep tissue - the pressure was perfect and with his slow movement, not too painful (I'm used to them digging in and writhing in pain for the hour but then feeling good) - with Nic it really was just right.
Did a great job! I am so happy I found Nic online when passing through Iowa City. Booked a 60 min medical massage for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. He did some great deep tissue and trigger point work and I felt a ton better.
