I gave this company one star, though they don't deserve any, in order to leave a rating. They didn't show up to our appointment and never answered the six calls I made to them or returned any of my messages. Were I not trying to get my carpets cleaned for the sake of my security deposit, this level of oversight would be obnoxious rather than damning: in a college town where all leases seem to end on the same day, this kind of practice is utterly unacceptable. I spent an hour calling other carpet cleaners in the area to get another appointment. Five stars to Stanley Steemer for fitting me in and doing a thorough, professional job; zero stars to All-Star, the company that left me hanging without even the courtesy of a call.
