We got water in our basement after a TON of rain. After calling a few places that told me I would be put on a waiting list but they weren't sure when they would get to me I found this company on google and called them up. They told me they could be here tomorrow but if they got caught up they'd stop over to check things out and come up with a plan. The guy not only came by tonight but helped us take all of the doors off the closets and rooms so they wouldn't swell and waited while we were waiting on the plumber to come check our sump pump. As soon as the water started to go down they got right to work getting the water out so we could potentially keep our carpet and pad. We were very happy with the service and appreciated the speediness that they got to us.

Within twelve hours our carpet was dry and after thirty-six hours everything was protected from being destroyed or from having likely mold issues in the future.
