They are scammers, do not take clothes here unless you want them ruined. Absolutely the worst dry cleaning business in the area.

Hands down the best in Iowa City. Changed ownership last year. Great service and never a problem. I spend a lot of money on dry cleaning. Try them!

This place is a joke! I had dropped off some blankets in the spring and had forgotten they were here (I had a newborn at home)- so a woman called( for the first time) and left a vm to pick up my items. I felt embarrassed that I had forgotten, so I went to retrieve the 3 blankets asap! When I got there I apologized for the delay-she said “That is ok, it happens ALL THE TIME! I called a woman about a skirt we had since 2001”..  I asked if there was a fee for late pick up and was told there was not. I picked up my full, queen and king size blankets and was surprised to see a charge for a  whopping $80!!!! As if this alone was not outrageous enough- considering I could have gone to Target to purchase 3 new blankets of similar make for less, when I returned home to look at the items all three were in the same condition I had dropped them off in- (which fyi was not horrible, just some cat hair that wouldn't come off in the wash and the whole reason I brought them here instad of just throwing them out was that I was assured the cat hair woul be removed!)---- except for one that was drastically faded!!! I called and was told there was nothing that she could do- I would have to come and speak with the owner. Fine, I went down the next morning and he told me “that is the best they can do” and just kept repeating that they had been there for 5 months. I asked if he could refund half of the cost-considering the blankets were not clean. No. This rude jerk didn’t even offer store credit or anything! I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I have never refused a customer who was unsatisfied, a way to make it right. Thats what you do in any business if you want to stay in business. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give. Don't waste your money- just put your items in a box and pull 'em out five months later- you’ll have the same result and you'll still have your $80.

Concord Cleaners just got renamed to Bradley Cleaners. My boyfriend and I sent in a brand-new skirt suit, suit jacket, and white shirt to get cleaned and pressed for same-day service. His jacket was snagged; my skirt had a water streak on the back and creases in random places; and my shirt had a new stain and wasn't pressed/hung properly, so was uncomfortable to wear. We asked for a refund, but since the manager wasn't on duty, we couldn't get one. After some polite asking, which progressed to yelling and swearing, and then apologizing on both parts, we eventually got our money back. It's definitely not worth the trouble. Two stars just because we did get our money back in the end. I don't know if any other dry cleaners in the area are better, but don't try this place. If they can't even do a simple suit, they probably can't do much else.

I went in recently to have a bedspread cleaned. It had gotten moldy in my basement apartment (gross I know). The clerk here told me up front that they sometimes have problems with getting mold out. I always appreciate honesty. She also told me about an online coupon deal they had at the time for bedspreads - how nice! The mold came out, no problem, all clean. I will definitely go back again if I have more dry cleaning needs.

[[EDIT]] My boyfriend just got back from Express where he had bought the jacket (they were nice enough to let him exchange it when he told them what had happened), and found out that even the color of the fabric had changed. He put the new jacket and the one we had "cleaned" next to each other, and there was a noticeable color difference. What the heck did they use on the jacket that it changed colors??
