We bought our current car from here: a Chevy Volt 2017. We love that it is a plug-in electric hybrid and that we got a good price from this Billion Chevrolet. I have to say that the salespeople are quite patient, but they do want to make sales. It is a typical car dealership. Includes (all male) friendly enough salespeople; friendly and helpful service people (mechanics); and loud music and TVs. Waiting area sometimes has refreshments. Clean bathroom is a plus. Not a lot of places to park your current car, but they have many cars to look at for sale. Located very close to the Billion car wash, and other Billion car dealerships.
Each time I return, I feel more like family. The incredibly knowledgeable staff is always so willing to help me with my vehicle; be it understanding a new noise I'm hearing from my brakes or tires to simply needing an oil change. With multiple personnel always walking by the waiting room to ask if there's anything I need or simply to update me on the progress of my vehicle being serviced, I never have a doubt that they all have my best interests in mind and take pride in making sure my vehicle is safe and tuned up for wherever my next adventures may take me. The selection of vehicles, quality of service, and friendly atmosphere at Billion, make it an easy decision for me to know where to purchase my next or take my existing vehicle, every time.

From the second I walked onto their lot, the salesperson (Alex M.) was very down-to-earth and easy-going. I actually went there twice (once to test drive and once to pay), and BOTH times, I felt very comfortable there. He listened to what kind of vehicle for which I was looking, and he worked hard to find that vehicle for me. Not once did I feel uneasy during the entire buying experience. They have a HUGE lot, so you will find what you're looking for, and the staff at Billion Auto will make sure that you are happy about it. I can't say enough good things about them. if you're looking for a pleasurable and low-pressure car buying experience, I would definitely recommend Billion Auto.

As far as service goes, their computer records could use some work. It is difficult for them to keep track of your records and to call you when a part comes in for your car. You have to advocate for yourself and your car to be serviced correctly.
