Staff seemed closely knit, committed and ready to help. A month on, I’ve had no issues with my car, infact I’m very pleased and commend John and his staff for following through with any concerns. I would recommend you visit and express your honesty and concerns with staff and put them to the test.The owner shared in passing his philosophy - cars can be replaced, but customer relationship should be sincere and have longevity and that’s the way they want to run their business. However, Justin, who sold me the car, was very easy to work with - pretty straightforward and helpful in comparing different cars, and working out a deal with me that balanced what I needed with what I could afford. My wife and I were looking on auto trader for a newer Ford escape. We ran across carousel 2 and was attracted by the price. We drove from the Quad cities to Iowa city and got there 15 minutes before closing time to look at the vehicle. They were super understanding showed us all the vehicles we want it when we found the one we want it they even drove it all the way to the Quad cities for us. Justin our sales person was wonderful and we had a great experience and we would highly recommend them.
