All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Ryan. We appreciated how he answered all our questions and respected our decisions.
HORRIBLE service ever! Most of staffs are not polite and respectful. Their MONOPOLY is disgusting as well. They always ask higher price for new car compared to other dealer shops. NEVER USE BILLION HONDA!! I also visited them for routine check-up for my vehicle. One of guy named "Jamie", he is just terrible. He was trying to charge more than its original price. I was so mad at that time, but I was heading back home because it was waste of my time to talk with him. I know several people has similar experiences like this before. Please fire him!
I just got my car serviced at Billion Honda. As much as I detest spending a lot of money for maintenance on my car, I know it is necessary. The customer service I received today was beyond amazing. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and kindness to me every time I come in. The screw on my key fob fell out a while ago so I simply just taped the key fob together. When I brought my car in for service I mentioned this mainly because I wanted the tape to stay in place so I needed the staff to be extra careful with the key.
We recently bought a new car from here and had an wonderful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Rickey Johnson was our sales representative and he was very professional and friendly. It took us almost a week to buy our car because we wanted to do our homework and make sure we were getting the best deal possible. He was quite patient with us and gave us an excellent deal. I had never purchased from a car dealership before but my experience at Honda Billion and with Rickey Johnson did not meet any stereotypes I'd heard of "pushy car salesmen." They treated us very well and I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a new car!
As uncomfortable as car buying is due to the dealership system, we did not have a good experience here. We got a far better price in des moines instead, with a lot less headache. Their service has usually been good though.
